DURABLE has been successfully certified with the internationally accredited ISO 14001 standard for the development of effective, environmental management systems at all German sites.

Based on the existing quality management system, processes have been systematically enhanced to produce an environmental management system. This officially reinforces DURABLE's dedication to operating in an environmentally sustainable manner. The independent auditors of the evaluation committee of the TÜV Rheinland Group certified the conformance to all requirements for the production sites in Kamen-Methler and Gotha in addition to the distribution centre and head office in Iserlohn.
