Social reSponSibility ...

DURABLE has been committed to accepting social responsibility for many years.

We also make a point of being actively committed to our staff. This is why we look for ways to motivate our employees. We believe that motivation starts with optimising working conditions to create a supportive and inspiring working environment that motivates and results in the best possible performance.

For us, social commitment has been a long tradition on all corporate levels. Voluntary fundraising and sponsorship programmes have been a part of our corporate culture for many years.

… successfully practised.

A company is only as good as its staff:

The opportunities for further training and advanced education at DURABLE are exemplary. An important part of our traditional training programme is a period spent at one of our international subsidiaries. We also offer opportunities for part-time university study in Business Administration and Engineering as well as a wide range of qualifications in virtually all departments.

We believe in flexible working hours:

DURABLE are happy to offer flexible work schedules and home working opportunities for employees. Extended employment options are also available for qualified retirees.

Success should be shared with others:

DURABLE supports a number of charitable organisations in Germany and across Eastern Europe. In particular, we support the SOS Children's Villages, so children in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Peru and Indonesia can benefit from our corporate success. DURABLE employees are also very supportive and have initiated numerous fund raising and sponsorship programmes – another reason to be very proud of our corporate concept.
