Correct hand-washing and disinfection

Doorplates for treatment rooms

Signs are an essential orientation guide in doctors’ surgeries. That’s why at DURABLE we have a range of various doorplates to make it easy for everyone to locate your rooms. We have it all, from “Waiting Room” and “Washroom” to “Treatment Room” – you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for.

And buying the right surgery sign online is easier than you would expect. We always recommend that our customers adjust the signs according to the design of their surgery so as to include their corporate identity.

For example, if you have an acrylic sign outside the building you can use the material again for interior signage. The CRYSTAL SIGN doorplate is ideal in this case. The simple yet high-quality material puts the important information front and centre and emphasises the visual impression. Furthermore, you can always redesign acrylic glass signs with transparent films.

For joint practices, we recommend using different coloured signs. The surgery signs with frames from the CLICK SIGN range are ideal in these cases. Infoframe DURAFRAME®

The design of exterior surgery signs is precisely regulated by the German Medical Association. The sign must include the name of the doctor, their specialist title and the current opening hours.

DURABLE’s surgery signs are only suitable for interior spaces and can be used for conveying patient information and providing organisational guidance. What does that mean exactly?

Organisational guidance includes information regarding special and normal opening hours as well as ways of contacting the practice out of hours. This information can be displayed on large doorplates and displayed prominently in the reception area. Smaller signs are more suitable for labelling rooms. This allows patients to find their own way to the laboratory or a certain treatment room, which facilitates the organisational processes in the practice.

Factual information is interpreted by the German Medical Association as information regarding special examination and treatment methods.

Yes! Designing your signs in our free labelling software DURAPRINT® couldn’t be easier!

Simply select your product from the list in the online software and upload your print data such as images and text. In this way you can design each doorplate individually or create them all at once. But what should they look like? For some quick inspiration we’ve created a few examples for you.
